Select your preferred dates and complete your reservation. Once confirmed, your dates are reserved exclusively for you, so you can plan your stay with peace of mind.
Confirmation & guest manual
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the key details of your stay. Prior to your arrival, we will be in touch to send you our Guest Manual. This manual contains all the essential and practical information about your holiday home, our house- and community rules and the area you are staying in. You’ll also receive separate emails with everything needed for a smooth arrival, including the deposit link and the mandatory guest registration which will be explained in step 3 & 4.
Mandatory guest registration (Spanish law)
Please note that as of December, 2nd, 2024 we are obliged to send detailed guest information to the Spanish government. Therefore, prior to your arrival, you will receive a separate email from our partner Check-in Scan to upload all details for each guest staying.
You’ll be asked to provide:
Full name(s)
Address
Email address
Passport or ID details
Without completing this step, we’re legally unable to host your stay.
Security deposit
Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of €500 is required via secure credit card pre-authorization.
Good to know:
• The amount is not charged, only temporarily reserved
• It’s automatically released after your stay if no damage is reported
• The system does not accept debit cards for this process
You will receive a link to authorize this deposit a day before check-in. Please note that we won't be able to proceed with the check-in unless the deposit has been successfully authorized.
Arrival & personal check-in
Casa Calma is located in Aranya Estepona, a gated community with 24/7 security. Our property manager will personally welcome you to hand over the keys and explain the amenities in the apartment.
To ensure smooth access, you’ll be asked to share your arrival details in advance. Please note that check-in is possible between 16:00-21:00, and check-out is before 10:00. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours, please let us know so we can plan accordingly and take note that an extra fee may apply.
Please note the following surcharges:
• Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00: €25
• Arrival after 00:00: €50
These fees need to be paid in cash upon arrival to our property manager.
During your stay
Make yourself at home and enjoy the shared facilities within the community, including the swimming pool, gym, co-working space, communal gardens and secure underground parking.
We kindly ask guests to treat the apartment and shared spaces with care, in line with our House & Community guidelines.

Departure & deposit release
Check-out before 10:00 am. At check-out, simply leave the keys as instructed and follow the check-out guidelines in the Guest Manual. After departure, the apartment is inspected. If everything is in order, the deposit authorization is released automatically, no extra steps required from your side.
