Yes, Casa Calma is very family-friendly. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a sleeping coach and 2 bathrooms. There is enough space to relax and play, we have toys and family games and on request we can provide a baby cot and high chair. Many of our guests visit with young children and appreciate the calm and safe environment.
Yes. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season.
Yes. A private parking space is available and free to use in the secure underground garage, with additional free street parking in front of the urbanisation.
Yes. The building is equipped with an elevator, offering easy access for families, older guests and those travelling with luggage.
A car is recommended to explore the area easily and make your stay more comfortable. Beaches, towns, golf courses and nature are all within a short drive.
The nearest beach is within walking distance and can be reached in around a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Several other beaches are also just a short drive away along the coast.
The swimming pool is only shared within the residential complex and is available to guests during their stay.
Yes. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, making it easy to do laundry during your stay. Please note that there is no tumble dryer available.
Yes. A mini local supermarket for daily essentials is just a 2-minute walk away. Larger supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl and Carrefour are all within a 6–10 minute drive.
